Instead, he sees such occasions as opportunities to witness the powerful intervention of God. This encouraging pastoral word reminds the believer: God is always guiding our lives. God is on his throne. God's ways are best. Even when we feel confused and disheartened, we have not lost God. God will come through for us.
Consider Deuteronomy 31:8 as you think about this: "It is the LORD who goes before you. He will be with you; he will not leave you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed.” God is good!
