Sir Martin Sorrell talks about when WPP did the Ogledi deal. He touches on his mistake he made what he thought a convertible preferred was, but has now learned that in a recession it's a preferred and in boom times it's a convertible (equity).

Says that everyday you make mistakes but the trick is to make more right decision than wrong decisions.
