Revd Prof Martyn Percy closes the case for the opposition, as the sixth speaker of six in the debate.
Dean of Christ Church since October 2014. He was the Founding Director of the Lincoln Theological Institute, and is a regular contributor to The Guardian, BBC Radio 4 and the BBC World Service.
