As CEO of Sony Entertainment Inc. and Chairman and CEO of Sony Pictures Entertainment, Michael Lynton is responsible for overseeing all of Sony’s global entertainment businesses. Under his leadership the firm has received multiple Oscar nominations for films such as Captain Phillips and The Social Network, and he has overseen a number of blockbusters including the James Bond franchise. In 2013, he joined the board of Snapchat and, in the past, has worked for The Walt Disney Company and the Penguin Group.
