Maria Grazia Chiuri is an Italian fashion designer and Dior’s Artistic Director. Starting her career at Fendi, she helped develop the famous Baguette bag. Succeeding Raf Simons at the creative helm of Dior, Maria Grazia is the first woman to hold the position since the creation of the brand in 1946. Under Chiuri’s direction, Dior brought back its saddle bag and in 2019, Chiuri was awarded the Légion d’honneur, France’s highest accolade.
