The FEMA alerts caused chaos in New Jersey earlier this week after a botched test which the mainstream media failed to point out was part of the Personal Localized Alerting Network (PLAN) system. The alert system will allow the feds to send out spurious terror alerts, promos for the "See Something, Say Something" snitch campaign and all manner of fearmongering paranoia.
