In the Fall of 1982, people were left riddled with fear when a medical mystery taking the lives of several in Chicago quickly turned into one of the nation's most prolific crimes. A fear so bad, cities across the country promptly cancelled Halloween trick-or-treating to avoid this from happening again. After doctors learned the horrific reality of cyanide being found in Tylenol capsules, company Johnson&Johnson conducted one of the country's largest product recalls. But despite the poison discovery, investigators were left stumped on their path to discovering who committed the heinous Tylenol murders.
