We’ve come to the final episode of Kendipalooza, our six-part series examining Ibram X. Kendi’s claim, “The only remedy to past discrimination is present discrimination.” In the previous conversation, the Armenian genocide was touched upon, but here, the students go more deeply into it—and Peter shares a story about how his Armenian grandmother survived the genocide. Three of the four students in this conversation are Armenian Americans.

The students also discuss the value of hearing contrasting viewpoints and the difference between education and indoctrination.
