as posted by the channelI get a lot of comments to the effect of "what does Willis conduct have to do with Trump (or other defendants) guilt. The answer is that is one has nothing to do with the other. I have repeatedly said that regardless of how one feels about Trump, everyone should be afraid to live in a world where the justice system is run by prosecutors who are not objectively pursuing justice and who are motivated by personal or political considerations. Without a fair-minded objective prosecutor, the system breaks down. Everyone is presumed innocent - every single defendant - unless or until proven guilty as the result of a fair process.
We don't get to skip over all the stuff that has to be done fairly and get straight to a trial.
