Not only has he been convicted of felony fraud, he admits he hates Trump and is therefore biased to the point his testimony has no useful value.
There is no other evidence in the case that Trump committed any crime. A rational jury should acquit Trump easily. But in NYC where the jurors are predisposed to dislike Trump, all bets are off.
