Arthur was photographed saying something to Charles before he boarded to head back to London from Balmoral after the Queen's passing and Arthur reveals the conversation he had with the new King. Charles first asked Arthur if he was okay and Arthur had replied he was very sorry for his loss to which the new King replied "It had to happen one day".
