12:18Now PlayingPiers Morgan Uncensored is joined by former BBC Newsnight's Political Editor Michael Crick, Chair of the InterTalent Rights Group Jonathan Shalit and TalkTV host and former Culture Secretary Nadine Dorries to discuss the latest news on the BBC presenter scandal and how they feel the broadcaster is handling the situation as more information comes to light.
Jonathan believes that because the young person's lawyer has now said the presenter did nothing "inappropriate" or "unlawful" , the BBC have been wise to take their time and investigate the situation properly.
However Nadine says: "Sometimes it acts like the only people the BBC has to satisfy is the BBC itself," adding the broadcaster "should be accountable, it should be transparent and it has to answer to the public."
