Rosanna believes there are much bigger topics and issues that we should be debated, with Peter agreeing.
Kate explains however, explains her view that this advert is dangerous to young women due to showing an acceptance for changing your body, which many young girls suffer with outside of sex change surgery. Kate also adds that it is greedy for Costa to try and capitalise off this issue simply for advertisement and revenue.
