Dylan believes it is a real shame that the role was not given to a fellow actor of shorter stature because there aren't many roles made for them, but roles like the seven dwarfs in Snow White and Oompa Loompas are opportunities for them. Dylan also asks why film studios would use so much money to make an average-sized person shorter with CGI, rather than just using a dwarf actor.
Dylan then explains he has zero sympathy for Hugh to be moaning about the logistics of the role because he knew what he was getting into when he took on the role.
