21:38Now PlayingThe first debate between former President Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris is set for Tuesday, September the 10th. Trump’s last presidential skirmish ended in a resounding victory for him, and spelt the beginning of the end for Biden’s reelection. This upcoming tussle however, will be a completely different kettle of fish. Kamala isn’t exactly known for her sparkling oratory, but her youth and momentum can’t be disregarded.
In anticipation of this much-awaited face-off, Piers talks to Trump’s campaign manager Corey Lewandowski, who’s confidence in Trump is marrow-deep. He calls Trump ‘the boss of bosses’ and says he wants to show people Donald’s more compassionate side. Former campaign manager to Jeb Bush Tim Miller however can’t believe what he’s hearing. He calls Trump a 'toddler', and argues that he was meekly submissive to other world leaders.
The validity of each others' claims will surely be revealed next week.
