If you were referred by USCIS to Immigration Court after your affirmative asylum interview, take heart — it’s not the end of the road. ⚖️ It’s actually possible to win at this stage. In fact, immigration courts have recently had higher approval rates for asylum than the asylum office. Many people who didn’t succeed with the asylum officer later won their cases in court. In other words, the judge can effectively overturn the asylum officer’s decision. But this stage is extremely serious. If you don’t win in Immigration Court, you’ll receive a deportation order. You’ve got to take it very seriously — build an outstanding case and prepare intensively. 🔥 If you want to learn more about how we help people do this, please go to winasylum.com to schedule a consultation. 💬
