0:58Now PlayingWe will not accept a client we believe is lying about their case. We’ve even fired clients when we became convinced they were lying and refused to be honest. We believe honesty is essential, and we require it from everyone we represent. When it comes to a case’s chances for success, we won’t take it if we believe there is no chance at all. If the chance is low or even very low, we explain that clearly and we explain the risks. If the person wants to move forward knowing this, we’re happy to support them. We don’t shy away from difficult cases the way some firms do. We welcome the opportunity to fight hard for our clients. And we do win cases that we assessed as having very low chances of success and that other lawyers said were impossible.
