In immigration court, on extremely rare occasions, a case may be so strong that the government agrees not to do a full trial. 🏛️📄 Even then, that would only happen after you show up for the individual hearing, and I don’t think that really happens anymore, especially under Trump. If someone tells you they got asylum without an interview or a hearing, they are either confused or lying. 🚨❌ You must be prepared to fully explain and defend your case in an interview or a hearing.
