YouTube Description
as posted by the channelHonestly, evidence is overrated. 📄 Helpful if you have it, but not the deciding factor. If you can get documents that support your story, include them. They can be marginally helpful, but officers generally don’t give them much weight. ⚖️ Based on my experience as a former asylum officer, testimony matters far more. What you say on the day of your interview is easily ten times more important than any document. 🗣️ So yes, gather what evidence you can. But don’t stress if you don’t have much, you can absolutely still win without it. ✅ Your focus should be on delivering a clear, credible, and confident interview. The best way to do that is to practice in a mock interview setting. 🎯 If you want to learn more about how we help people prepare for interviews, send me the word “consult” in a direct message. 💬 #asyluminterview #asylumprep #immigrationlaw #politicalasylum #asylumlawyer
