YouTube Description
as posted by the channel✌️ If you’re in removal proceedings, leaving the country means automatic deportation. You cannot expect to get back in. ⚠️ Even if you have an affirmative asylum case pending with USCIS, I strongly advise against traveling. In the past, I would have said it was probably OK to travel with an advance parole document, even though there was always some risk of not being let back in. 🛂 But under Trump 2.0, I advise against it completely. The risk is just too high. 🚨 For help with your asylum case, send me the word “CONSULT” in a direct message.
