A college professor with no criminal record who came to the United States legally on a visa was handcuffed, held without food or water for eight hours, and pressured to sign his own deportation 🚨 Juan Carlos Barreto, a Venezuelan living in Minnesota, was arrested in January as part of a sweeping enforcement operation targeting people who had done everything right.
