A Minnesota county is investigating ICE agents for kidnapping, burglary, and false imprisonment after they raided the wrong home. 🚨 And the person they took was a U.S. citizen. Agents broke down the door of a 56-year-old man without a warrant, pulled him outside at gunpoint in his underwear, and drove him around for hours trying to figure out who he was. ⚖️ They had the wrong person. He had no criminal record, no connection to the targets, and one of the actual suspects was still in prison at the time of the raid. DHS has refused to cooperate with the investigation, and ICE denies wrongdoing despite video footage of the incident. 😡 The county has set a deadline to turn over evidence and could take legal action or convene a grand jury if that doesn’t happen.
