The Rosie Project introduced Don Tillman, a brilliant, but socially maladroit, genetics professor. When Tillman gets serious about looking for love, his systematic search somehow leads him to wild, impulsive Rosie. In his new novel, Simsion looks in on the relationship. It’s been ten months and the unlikely couple is living in New York and expecting a child. The father-to-be is doing research to prepare for his imminent role, and trying to be supportive of needy friends—not the least of whom is Rosie, who is feeling a little neglected.
