In this urgent call to address economic inequality, Stiglitz, now professor at Columbia University and co-chair of that university’s Committee on Global Thought, reprises a lecture that helped launch the Occupy movement, shows how inequality threatens prosperity, and outlines reforms that would promote opportunity, growth, and equality.
