Peter Ginna, former publisher of Bloomsbury Press, joined by literary agent Gail Ross, executive editor Cal Morgan of Riverhead, and executive editor Susan Ferber of Oxford University Press, will discuss such questions as: How do editors make publishing decisions? What makes a good author-editor relationship? And what is the future for editors, agents, and authors in a fast-changing publishing industry?
