Andrés, the Michelin-starred, James Beard Award-winning chef, follows up We Fed an Island, his inspiring account of serving meals to the survivors of Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico, with a transformative book on cooking with vegetables. Drawing on a wide range of culinary traditions, Andrés stays vegetable-focused while featuring dishes that include a variety of ingredients. He is also the author of three cookbooks and the New York Times best-selling We Fed an Island, which describes how Andrés and his team cooked for hundreds of thousands of hungry Americans in Puerto Rico after the devastation of Hurricane Maria.
