Cheryl Willis Hudson and Wade Hudson are authors and co-founders of Just Us Books, Inc, an independent company that focuses on Black interest books for young people. They have published over thirty books, including We Rise, We Resist, We Raise Our Voice and The Talk: Conversations about Race, Love & Truth.
A family event in partnership with the DC Public Library. Wendy Lukehart, Youth Collections Specialist for DC Public Library, will moderate the discussion.
