In the twelve years since Peabody and Emmy Award-winning journalist Michele Norris first prompted people to share their thoughts on race in just six words, over half a million people have submitted their stories to The Race Card Project. Michele Norris is a columnist for The Washington Post Opinion Section, the host of the Audible Original Podcast “Your Mama’s Kitchen,” and former co-host of NPR’s “All Things Considered.”
