A welterweight with the promotion Bellator, Amosov claims to have witnessed war crimes, torture, and the deliberate targeting of civilians perpetrated by Vladimir Putin's invading forces.
The 29-year-old says he is 'baffled' by the conflict although taking up arms to defend his home city has given him a renewed sense of motivation and purpose for returning to MMA.
