A rumoured leadership challenge on the day of PMQs, you say... Watch Ava and Laura react live from the PolJOE dungeon to what will assuredly be another blockbuster bout in the Commons between Keir Starmer and Kemi Badenoch.

Today's top story on the BBC: ‘Streeting denies plotting against PM after leadership claims’. Reports are that, last night, allies of Starmer briefed hard to some high-profile journalists that the PM is expecting a leadership challenge following the budget. Wes Streeting, the alleged man in question, declared on this morning's broadcast round that he is "a faithful", and that press briefings against him were "the worst attack on a faithful since Joe Marler was banished in The Traitors final".

Streeting insisted again he was "not challenging the prime minister", adding: "I'm not doing any of the things some silly briefer said overnight." Will this stop Kemi Badenoch grilling the Prime Minister on the matter? Who knows.

Elsewhere, pressure mounts on David Lammy after it was revealed after last week's Deputy PMQs that two men had separately been released by mistake from HMP Wandsworth in the space of one week. The government has launched an independent review of accidental releases, but Badenoch might continue the Conservatives' pressing of the matter.
