She warned that this Labour government is “running out of time” and criticised policies like Shabana Mahmood's immigration reforms. Badenoch wasted no time putting it to the Prime Minister at the despatch box.
Badenoch also pressed Starmer on whether he personally spoke to Peter Mandelson before his appointment, with the PM giving rather evasive answers. Starmer hit back hard, accusing both the Conservatives and Reform of reckless positioning and calling out Nigel Farage directly for his u-turns on the matter.
