Over the weekend, Venetia and her colleagues published a story uncovering the extent of the relationship between Reform's Nigel Farage and 'Posh' George Cottrell, a convicted felon, as well as a potential breach of the parliamentary rules linked to gifts from Cottrell to Farage.
Liberal Democrat Josh Babarinde has since referred the Reform leader to the Parliamentary Standards Commissioner over these gifts, but Farage has denied any wrongdoing.
