Tom Cole, President, Maine Association of Realtors
Tom Cole has been an active realtor since 1999 and is currently serving as the 2020 President of The Maine Association of Realtors. Tom is a full time Real Estate Broker and manages the Brunswick office of Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate, The Masiello Group. He loves helping clients through the buying and selling process of real estate.
In 2007 & 2016 Tom was the President of the greater Brunswick/Topsham/Bath area Merrymeeting Board of Realtors and was honored by his fellow realtors as the 2007 Realtor of the Year. Tom has also served as President of the Brunswick Coastal Rotary Club three times over the last thirty years.
Tina Lucas, Owner, Lucas Real Estate
Tina has been a realtor for 31 years, mostly focused on residential sales, new construction and waterfront properties. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors State Director and Housing Opportunity Committee, and served as the President of the Maine Association of Realtors in 2012.
Dava Davin, Owner/Broker, Portside Real Estate Group
Dava started Portside Real Estate Group in 2012 with the aim to put the “real” back in real estate. With over 80 agents, they are now the fifth largest real state company in the state and the only woman-owned practice in the top-10. She describes her practice as gritty, grassroots and full of gratitude. Dava was also named as of of MaineBiz’s Women to Watch in 2018.
Eric Flynn, Owner, Excellence Realty
Eric began representing buyers and sellers in residential real estate in 2002 upgrading his license to the Associate Broker Level in 2004 and then again to Designated Broker Level in 2007. He has consistently been in the top 15% of agents statewide. He has been representing financial institutions for fifteen years in REO (Bank Owned) Transactions. A firm believer in improvement through constant education he started teaching other REALTORS as adjunct faculty for The Real Estate Learning Group.
