LIVESTREAM: Lindsay Clancy Trial - Day 1

Clancy is charged in connection with the January 2023 deaths of her three children: 5-year-old Cora, 3-year-old Dawson and 8-month-old Callan. She has pleaded not guilty.

At the center of this trial is Lindsay Clancy’s mental state at the time of the children’s deaths. Her defense argues that she was suffering from severe postpartum mental illness and was not criminally responsible for her actions. Prosecutors contend that Clancy understood what she was doing and deliberately planned the killings.
