Day 3 of the Lindsay Clancy murder trial featured more emotional testimony as prosecutors continued presenting evidence to the jury. The focus remained on the events surrounding January 24, 2023, while jurors heard additional testimony from first responders and investigators who described what they encountered inside the Clancy home and the steps taken during the initial investigation.
The jury also reviewed additional evidence collected by investigators as prosecutors continued building their case. As the trial progresses, both the factual evidence and Lindsay Clancy's mental state at the time of the deaths remain central issues that are expected to shape the testimony in the days ahead.
Join Prof Jo as we recap everything that happened on Day 3, break down the key witness testimony, examine the evidence presented in court, and discuss how today's developments could influence the jury's evaluation of the legal issues at the heart of this case.
