YouTube Description

as posted by the channel

In response to the coronavirus, Governor Gina Raimondo has ordered all out-of-state travelers to Rhode Island to quarantine for 14 days regardless of whether or not they are sick. Anyone who does not quarantine face 90 days in jail, a $500 fine, or both. The Rhode Island National Guard and State Police have set up checkpoints to collect visitor information, which they will use to go door-to-door to enforce the quarantine.

They claim that this is voluntary, but they will stop and detain anyone, absent reasonable suspicion, who drives by and redirect them back to the checkpoint.
