as posted by the channelSteroids have gotten a pretty bad rap! In reality, they're not just the big bad anabolic steroids. This class of molecules includes many vitamins as well as cholesterol. Cholesterol has also gotten a bad rap! We need cholesterol for our cell membranes to be rigid enough to stay intact, and for our bodies to build other important molecules. What I'm saying is that you should watch all of these tutorials, and don't believe everything you hear around town about molecules!
