But grifting frauds like Ashton Forbes suggest precisely this in order to gain a following of conspiratorial simpletons so that he can then attempt to sell them "free energy devices" that don't exist for $50,000 a pop. This scam is very stupid, this scammer is very stupid, so let's mock him together as he tries to use physics terminology he doesn't understand to convince people he knows what he's talking about, shall we?
