YouTube Description
as posted by the channelRichard Allen gets more murder charges as the Indiana Supreme Court decides whether to give him his two attorneys back. Who killed Abby and Libby? Did Judge Gull step out of line? Allen alleges the trial court exceeded its jurisdiction by disqualifying his attorneys over his objection. Allen has asked the Indiana Supreme Court to issue a writ reinstating his previous attorneys, setting trial within seventy days, and appointing a new special judge to hear the case. The respondent court and the Attorney General have filed responses opposing the request for writ, and the Supreme Court is hearing oral argument on the petition.
