My name is Kody Amour and I use Python programming to automate the entire post-production process, using moviepy among several other packages. That means that every cut you see is automated, along with the music, intro, outro, etc. I also use this program to determine which components of my segments are good and which should be discarded. Thanks to this program, I am able to provide content daily. So who am I and why am I here?
There are three main frameworks that I use as a lens to analyze everything: utilitarianism, science and socialism. Utilitarians just want to prioritize maximizing total community happiness. Science is useful for interpreting truth. Socialism is an economic structure that allows for utilitarianism and science to thrive.
I'm a socialist. Simply put, I believe that we need to completely restructure the government top to bottom. We cannot reform the system. We tried that - it didn't work. We must outlaw the right for investors and banks to own a business, rather than the workers (who know a lot more about how to run the business that they work at 40 hours/week btw). That said, workers will no longer be necessary within the next few years, due to automation, and so we'll need a UBI that we increase over time according to how many jobs are replaced by automation. We're heading for a weird future where resources are no longer "scarce," but instead are abundant, which is perfect for a socialist environment alongside UBI. If you think I'm crazy, then you're not paying attention to the implications of modern machine learning, and you should do some homework.
