The Begin-Sadat Center for Strategic Studies (BESA) is a globally ranked, independent, non-partisan think tank conducting policy-relevant research on Middle Eastern and global strategic affairs, particularly as they relate to the national security and foreign policy of Israel and regional peace and stability.

Franc Milburn is a strategic and operational advisor. A former UK military intelligence officer, he is an alumnus of Sandhurst and the London School of Economics. Franc has written for the Combating Terrorism Center at West Point, the Institute for National Security Studies at Tel Aviv University, and the BESA Center. He has also recently become a member of the Scientific Coalition for UAP Studies (SCU), a think tank of scientists, researchers and professionals stretching across organisations, governments and industries to scientifically and publicly explore anomalous phenomena known around the world as UFOs, UAP, USOs & OVNI.

Colonel John Alexander is a retired United States Army Colonel. An Infantry Officer for much of his career, he is best known as a leading advocate for the development of Non-Lethal Weaponry and of military applications of the paranormal. In 1985 he established the Advanced Theoretical Physics group, the members of which were derived from various areas of the United States Defence-Intelligence community, all of whom held Top Secret Secure Compartmented Information (TS:SCI) Clearances. The objective of the group was to investigate the UFO issue and its associated studies.

Col. Alexander is the author of the book ‘UFOs: Myths, Conspiracies and Realities. He was dubbed as the “Godfather of everything weird and spooky at The Pentagon” by Luis Elizondo, former director of The Pentagons 'Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program' (AATIP)
