Blake Guinn is a Las Vegas native and grandson of the beloved former Governor of Nevada, Kenny Guinn. Blake has been in the real estate industry for over ten years and is currently the lead agent for Willow Manor. Blake provides excellent service to his clients and has reached substantial levels of production.

During his time working in Title and Escrow, Blake amassed a great deal of knowledge about solar energy and solar homes. Blake is the industry-leading expert in Solar and has recently served as the Nevada Director for the Western Way. This organization advocates for clean energy options in an open marketplace. Blake was also the Legislative Outreach Director for the Bring Back Solar Alliance, where he helped re-establish the solar industry in the state. Blake currently teaches solar classes to Realtors and advises his clients on how best to buy and sell homes with solar on them.
