Mapping the Male Radicalization Pipeline w/ @notsoErudite

In this call-in to NotSoErudite’s stream, I try to raise a concern that I haven’t seen discussed enough: the Right isn’t just reacting to young men’s alienation—it’s manufacturing it. There’s a well-funded, coordinated pipeline that feeds male grievance, directs it toward feminists, queer people, and the Left, and insists that Democrats hate masculinity. My goal was to ask Kyla how we can validate young men’s pain without reinforcing those narratives… but the conversation took some unexpected turns.

We debated whether the Left really “hates men,” what it means to lose power in a zero-sum way (like with reproductive rights), and how alt-right pipelines operate differently than any so-called “alt-left.” At times, it felt like my feminist framing of male grievance made Kyla more resistant to my points than the points themselves. I tried to stay grounded, but things got… tense.
