In today’s episode of Figuring Out, we have Kriti Sanon in conversation with Raj Shamani. Kriti is loved for her acting in movies like Bareilly Ki Barfi, Mimi, Luka Chuppi, and more. Apart from being an exceptional actor, Kriti is also an entrepreneur. She is the founder of brands like The tribe India, a fitness training studio in Mumbai, and Hyphen, a skincare brand.
In this episode, we talked about how she got her first break in movies, and the story behind getting Heropanti. She also shared about the low phase in her career, and how she dealt with it. We also talked about the time when she felt frustrated because people who weren’t that talented but belonged to a film background got great opportunities to which they didn’t do justice. We then talked about talent vs great marketing, we talked about her experience with Shah Rukh Khan, and if she has a fear of being irrelevant.
She opened up about her perspective on love, and what she looks for in a guy, she further shared some red flags in a guy and went on to rate different qualities in an ideal guy for her. She shared her weight loss journey during Mimi, how she lost 15 kgs in lockdown at home, and how she came up with The Tribe India. She also shared the backstory of Hyphen and a basic skincare routine to maintain good skin. We ended our conversation by talking about her most expensive purchase.
