The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that just 17% of Likely U.S. Voters believe Russia is winning the war in Ukraine. Twenty-five percent (25%) think Ukraine is winning, up from 21% in February. Forty-six percent (45%) see the war in Ukraine as basically a stalemate, nearly unchanged from February. Another 14% are not sure who’s winning.
