TRIVIA CRACK 2 CHALLENGE TERMS & CONDITIONS

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

By entering the challenge, you will be bound by these Terms & Conditions and you acknowledge that you satisfy all eligibility requirements. “Trivia Crack 2” means to Etermax S.A or any of its affiliates.

ELIGIBILITY

Open to any natural person with a user created in Trivia Crack 2 who has joined and/or created a Reaction Time team.

Employees of Etermax or Reaction time team, and their immediate family members are noteligible to participate.

Minors without consent from their parents/guardians are not eligible to participate.

PRIZES

One (1) US$50 (fifty) Amazon Gift Card

Four (4) US$25 (twenty five) Amazon Gift Cards

HOW TO ENTER AND WINNER SELECTION

Etermax will award 5 individuals who have entered the Trivia Crack 2 Challenge using the selection method identified below.

You must have a Trivia Crack 2 username and be an active Reaction Time member team inorder to enter or receive a prize. The first prize (US$50 Amazon Gift Card) will be awarded to the top player in any Reaction time team, the other four will be awarded to the 4 top players in the highest ranked Reaction Time team.

Limit: One entry per person and household using only one Trivia Crack 2 username perchallenge. If you are the potential top player (in any Reaction Time team) and also one of the top 4 players in the highest ranked Reaction Time team, you’ll be awarded only for the first prize, and the following 4 highest ranked users will be awarded with the four (4) $25 (twenty five) Amazon Gift Cards. Potential winners will be selected among all eligible entries.

WINNER NOTIFICATION

Tal Fishman will announce the 5 (five) potential winners on his Instagram accounts on Friday 23th November 2018. Also, if you are a winner, a notification or an e-mail will be sent toyour Trivia Crack 2 account or registered e-mail address.

It is prohibited to transfer, assign or exchange the prize for cash. Not with standing this Etermax may substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

Etermax reserves the right to modify or cancel the challenge at any time. Etermax is not responsible for: (a) lost, misdirected, late, or incomplete entries or for inaccurate entry information; (b) any operation or transmission error, theft, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or (c) damage to any computer or device resulting from downloading Trivia Crack 2. Reaction Time, together with Etermax, may disqualify any individual found to be: (x) tampering with the challenge; (y) violating these Terms & Conditions; or (z) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to threaten or harass any person. Incomplete and robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entries will be disqualified. The authorized subscriber of the account used to enter the challenge at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these Terms & Conditions in the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same e-mail account.

By entering the challenge you agree that Etermax’s decisions related to the organization and all distribution of prizes are final. Each winner agrees that, by participating in the challenge, Reaction Time, Etermax, and their respective affiliates may use the winner’s name and profile picture in any manner and in any medium for its promotional purposes without additional compensation, including posting in a winner’s list, except where prohibited by law.
