Growing up in California he dealt with racial issues and police profiling. He was introduced to colors and although he then proclaimed to be a Crip, he avoided actively gangbanging due to the strong influence of his mother. His interest in adult film industry was due to his sexual appeal on women. He would later attend an audition for an adult film that he found from an ad in an adult magazine. From there he met a producer named Ron Hightower and he began making numerous films under his production.
