Mr Marcus on Super Head, Brian Pumper, Catching STD, Snoop Dog, 2 Pac, Death Row Full Interview

Mr. Marcus is an American actor and director who has starred in and directed over 1,000 adult movies. Originally from Pomona, CA. Growing up in California he dealt with racial issues and police profiling. He was introduced to colors and although he then proclaimed to be a Crip, he avoided actively gangbanging due to the strong influence of his mother. His interest in adult film industry was due to his sexual appeal on women. He would later attend an audition for an adult film that he found from an ad in an adult magazine. From there he met a producer named Ron Hightower and he began making numerous films under his production. The breaking point in his career was when he collaborated with Karrine Stefans also known as Superhead, his colleague Suave mentioned her. He reached out to her and there was instant chemistry. They began filming their iconic scenes that seemed to be a battle of sexes and they seemed evenly matched. Karrine Stefans would go on to be seen on multiple talk shows including Oprah and become a New York Bestseller Author. He believes having good stamina and open communication with your partner helps keep a healthy relationship while in the adult film industry. Then talks about how he handles catching feelings at work.

He speaks on his relationship with members of Death Row records. He met Tupac and Snoop and other members through his ties in the adult industry, he was even gifted a Death Row Chain by Snoop Dogg. Tupac and Snoop and Mr. Marcus’s relationship would progress through various projects they had together and they regularly kept in contact. Mr. Marcus on Brian Pumper, he was a big fan of the industry. He divides Brian Pumper being dropped from Evil Angels and how he transitioned from being blackballed. He discusses how he copes with sex scenes with other men and sex injuries in the adult film industry. Mr. Marcus was caught up in controversy after contracting an STI. He talks about life after being blackballed and the different procedures in place to protect adult actors. Darren James was an adult film actor that tested positive for HIV. The industry publicized his status and it showcased it on mainstream media. In one publication Mr. Marcus was showcased with him stating his status which caused Mr. Marcus to receive some bad publicity. Darren James later sued the industry and became an activist for HIV positive people.
