YouTube Description
as posted by the channelLast week, Israel killed hundreds and wounded thousands of persons by remotely detonating rigged pagers and walkie talkers in Lebanon. Former CIA Director Leon Panetta condemned the attacks as a "form of terrorism".
In retaliation, Lebanon's Islamic Resistance launched waves of missile attacks on Israel's Ramat David airbase and production facilities of Israel's Rafael Advanced Defence Systems. The Rafael facilities are situated near Haifa, Israel's third-largest city.
These strikes constituted the deepest missile strikes into Israel since the 2006 war between Israel and Lebanon's Islamic Resistance.
On September 23, 2024 (the day after the missile strikes in Israel), Dimitri Lascaris spoke with Beirut-based, geopolitical analyst Laith Marouf about the rapidly escalating war between Israel and the Resistance.
