There, Dimitri spoke with Razieh Alishavandi, the Red Crescent's Under-Secretary General for International Affairs and International Humanitarian Law.
According to the Under-Secretary, U.S.-Israel airstrikes in Iran have injured more than 18,000 civilians and damaged more 81,365 building units, 275 health, medical and emergency units and 498 schools and education centres.
The Under-Secretary also identified the governments that have provided humanitarian assistance to Iran - and none of them come from the West.
